- All products are made-to-order, meaning each item is printed and manufactured specifically for you after purchase.

2.Orders & Payments

- All payments must be made in full before production begins.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, including size, color, shipping address, and product selection.
- We are not responsible for customer mistakes (e.g., incorrect size, wrong shipping address, duplicate orders).
3.Shipping & Delivery
- We provide worldwide free shipping.
Standard delivery times:
- USA/Europe: 7–15 business days
- Asia: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the World: 15–25 business days
- Delays caused by customs, postal services, or force majeure are beyond our control and we are not liable for such delays.
4.Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Because our products are custom-made POD, we enforce a strict return policy:
Returns/Refunds are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind / preference
- Color variation (screen display vs. real product)
- Customer mishandling, improper washing, or wear & tear
5. Cancellations & Changes
- Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
- After this period, production begins and we cannot make any changes.
6. Product Care & Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for following product care instructions provided on our website/product tags
- The Mancave Supplies is not liable for issues caused by improper care (e.g., shrinking, fading, or damage due to incorrect washing/drying).

- All designs, logos, graphics, and content on The Mancave Supplies are our intellectual property.
- Copying, reproducing, or redistributing our designs without permission is strictly prohibited.
