1. Processing Time
- All orders require 2–5 business days for processing and production before shipping.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
- USA & Europe: 7–15 business days
- Asia: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the World: 15–25 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, postal service efficiency, and customs clearance.
3. Tracking Orders
- Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.
- Tracking may take 2–5 business days to update after dispatch.
4.Delays & Responsibility
While we aim to deliver within the stated timelines, The Mancave Supplies is not liable for:
- Shipping delays caused by customs, holidays, or local courier issues
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Lost or stolen packages after marked as “Delivered” by the courier
5. Customs & Import Duties
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties, depending on your country’s regulations.
- Customers are fully responsible for paying any additional customs charges.
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Customers must provide the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, reshipping fees will apply.

- Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
- Once production begins, no changes can be made.
