At The Man Cave, every product is made specially for you using Print-on-Demand (POD) production. Because each item is custom-made, we follow a strict returns and refunds policy to ensure fairness and quality.
1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
We only accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received an incorrect item due to our error.
- The product is defective or misprinted.
To qualify, customers must:
- contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.
- Provide photo evidence of the issue (damaged/incorrect item).
2.Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Because our products are custom printed POD, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
- The wrong size was ordered by the customer
- Wrong color/style ordered by the customer
- Change of mind / no longer want the product
- Minor color variations (due to monitor/phone screen differences)
- Wear and tear from use or improper care/washing
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring they select thecorrect size, color, and shipping detailsbefore placing an order.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for size, style, or preference issues. Please review the size guide carefully before ordering.
4. Refund Process
If your return/refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.
5. Order Cancellations
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with the following:
- Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
- After 12 hours, production begins and we cannot cancel the order.
6. Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
- We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
- If a package is returned due to wrong address or non-collection, re-shipping fees may apply.
